Navigating mid life with ADHD and teenagers can be a wild ride. Living by the sea with my husband, daughters and Rumi, our lively Hungarian Vizsla, keeps me grounded, and grateful.

After more than a decade working with leading brands, both as a freelance writer and a performer in my vocal trio, I've learned how to tell stories that connect. Whether I'm writing copy, scripting a campaign, or performing, I understand how to make people feel something.
